Our meat comes from our local butcher, Warren, who is committed to the sustainable way of life. Our chickens come from Wolvi on the Sunshine Coast and are free range. Our pork and beef is also free range and ethically treated. Pure Catering are one of the very first caterers in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast to adopt these sustainable and ethical practices.

Thank you sooooooo much for a fantastic evening. All the guests were very impressed with the standard and quality of the food and the manner in which is was presented. Our waitress should be complemented as well for her courteous manner in which she helped on the evening. All in all I will be telling everyone about your in-house service and we will definitely be looking at using your company again.

Thank you so much for the wonderful meal on Sunday. We were extremely happy with how you catered for our guests. Many of our guests made comment to us how great the food was and how impressed they were with the service. It was great to just enjoy spending time with our family and friends and not have to worry about the food. It was exactly what we had wanted.

A special thank you to our waitress who looked after us on the day. She was superb and definitely went out of her way to help to make our guests feel welcome and well fed, with a drink in their hand.
