I just wanted to email you today to thank you so much for the beautiful catering on Saturday night. All our guests loved the food, and especially my husband, and I have already handed out the cards that the chef left! And we really enjoyed the leftover carbonara sauce last night when I wasn't up to cooking much ... :) You made the night so easy for us when there was so many other things for us to do. And I really appreciate more how much hard work is involved in what you do for us - so much work for you on the night. The lovely waitress was such a delight as well - she went beyond the call of duty and was a lovely hostess. So, thank you all for playing such a key role in making our night really special. I am so glad that I chose your catering company for my 60th Birthday Party, I really would like to thank you for all your help with getting everything organized prior to the day and then the excellent job your representatives did on the night. We were extremely happy with the food and the service of your waitresses and everyone commented on their pleasant and happy approach to all the guests. Your catering was fantastic! Everyone was raving about the platters and how it was nice to eat something different at a function. I told everyone I’d ordered it from Pure Catering. We had a great time deciding what to eat next! Your Chef was excellent and very confident. He interacted extremely well and the three of them just blended in with the group while maintaining a very professional manner in their roles.
