Pure Catering noodle box menu is designed to be a substantial meal by providing noodle boxes or bowls of food that your guests can happily eat whilst standing and walking. Your guests will be sufficiently full after sampling all of your choices.

$5.95 PER BOX

We recommend 4 noodle boxes as a stand alone function for 2 hours

	Butter Chicken with basmati rice and puppadums
	Lamb korma with basmati rice and puppadums
	Chicken tikka masala with basmati rice and puppadums
	Vegetable tikka masala with basmati rice and puppadums
Classic Box
	Classic beef casserole in red wine sauce with mashed potato
	Classic Hungarian beef goulash with paprika rice
	Classic beef stroganoff with mushrooms and sour cream – served with mashed potatoes
	Classic Chilli Con Carne served with rice or over corn chips with melted cheese
Pasta Box
	Linguini carbonnara – smoked bacon, mushrooms, shaved parmesan in a garlic cream
	Spinach and ricotta ravioli with basil scented napoli and shaved parmesan (v)
	Classic Itallian Spaghetti bolognaise with shaved parmesan
	Fire roasted vegetable ravioli with basil infused Napoli (v)
Salad Box
	Caesar salad with our own Caesar dressing
	Honey roasted kumura, spinach, shallots and pine nut with seasame dressing (v)

Thanks for Saturday night – everything went really well, the waitress was a domestic goddess, and that beef in red wine with mash has to be an award-winner – it was sensational!

It was a wonderful evening and food was delicious. (our chef) was fantastic, so easy to deal with and so organised. My guests had a great night and it made my job so much easier having it catered. Would definitely have you again. Thankyou so much for your professionalism and organisation right from the beginning. You where fantastic and above all not intrusive.
