Our day was a lovely day and the chef did a great job! Felt bad partying away with the chef working hard! 'Food was delicious' was the consensus - the chicken was a particular favourite.

My dealings with Pure Catering was both professional but also very friendly and warm which I appreciate. The booking was easy and Christine was always prompt in reply and most helpful. Again the chef was great, being more than punctual, arriving early to ensure he was set up and ready to go and performed some sensational cooking.

Many of our guests made comment to us how great the food was and how impressed they were with the service. Thank you for a lovely night on Saturday night. Everyone enjoyed the food and the presentation and the whole concept. Christine was such a delightful person and it was great to have her help and to have her serve drinks and food. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and enjoyed by all. It was like being in a restaurant and forgetting you were actually at home. It was lovely to be served and having everything clean and tidy and all the plates in the dishwasher when it was all over. It was very unobtrusive in our own home. Everyone thought it was a great idea and we had a night that was different and one we will all remember.

Each of the courses seem to run very smoothly from the canapes which seemed plentiful and Elizabeth and Dave really appreciated that you had prepared a special plate for them when they arrived at the hall. That was a lovely and thoughtful touch.

The entrée and mains went smoothly with lots of comments about the delicious food and the enjoyment of sharing and passing around the platters. Any qualms that we may have had about this system working were unnecessary as everyone seemed to handle it very well.

our event was a great success, for us it was such a relief not having to prep and cater ourselves it allowed us focus on our families and the other activities we had going on. Our space was fantastic and the catering area worked really well with a roomy pathway allowing for wheel chairs & for some of our children who were released from hospital on the condition they wouldn’t be amongst crowds having just completed Chemotherapy. Our Chef arrived on time & helped us transform our catering area into an inviting practical space he was cooking in no time everything ran perfectly to time. The food was lovely and suited our event perfectly with just enough options to make it special for our families, staff and volunteers. Our Waitress was just delightful, friendly and very helpful. When it came time to finish service everything was cleared away very efficiently with no fuss or impact on our families.

It was a wonderful evening and food was delicious. (our chef) was fantastic, so easy to deal with and so organised. My guests had a great night and it made my job so much easier having it catered.
