Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes! We will ask you for a list of dietaries and names as well as a highlighted floor plan (for seated events only) so we can locate these guests on the night for their alternative meal optionsCan we do a menu tasting?
Yes, we hold ‘tasting nights’ at our partner venues year round. These are a ticketed event (simply to cover costs) with alternate shared dining & fine dining evenings.Do you work with venues that don’t have a kitchen?
Absolutely. We bring a full mobile kitchen setup and everything we need to cook onsite.Can you provide drinks and bar staff?
Yes, we offer flexible beverage packages and can provide RSA certified bar staff.
